Alison Porter
I was born in Massachusetts but raised in the state of Texas. I am the youngest of 4 children. My older siblings really influenced my early taste in music. I grew up listening to bands such as Genesis, The Police, The Cars, Bob Segar and CCR. However, it was the powerful voices Juice Newton and Pat Benetar that inspired me to sing. I loved trying to belt out those notes just like they did. Now, music is my escape! When I’m singing. all my stress melts away and its all I can think about. I love the energy I get from the crowd and the interactions with all our fans. I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to be part of the 90 Proof family! Cheers!

My musical journey started when I was in my early teens listening to bands like Van Halen, Ozzy Osborne and Tesla…. a lot of 80’s metal! I would sit in my room for hours and just practice and practice. I’m sure I annoyed my parents to death! LOL! I created my first band when I was 18 and created the love of playing live. I have been in many local bands such as Shovelhead, Relic, Barbie N Bones, and Supernatural. I’m looking forward to what this band will accomplish. We have many talented musicians and the sky is the limit! See you out there!

Vermont native, I was born in Burlington and started playing drums at a very young age. This self-taught drummer is influenced by Rikki Rocket, Tommy Lee, Steven Adler, Rick Allen, Peter Criss, Eric Singer and Phil Rudd. I have been in many bands over the years such as, Razor’s Edge, Iron Core, T-Zer, Zoo On The Waterfront, Shovelhead, Prism and have been touring with the band 90 Proof since 2021 since its creation. I play/uses Pearl Masters Drums, Remo Clear Pinstripe Heads, Evans Emad2 kick drums heads, Paiste 2002 Cymbals, Scorpion 17 inch 5B Ball sticks (Scorpion Signature Artist), Offset Eclipse Double Pedals, No Nuts Symbals Sleeves and Rings, Drumstick Grip Wax, Ahead Drum Gloves and Cases, SKB Cymbal Vault and my most used gigging snares are the Pearl Signature Steve Ferrone, Ludwig Black Beauty and the Ludwig Signature Carl Palmer. So…. I guess you can say my musical ambitions started back in 1983 when I saw and heard Motley Crue’s Shout At The Devil! I was blown away! Soon after begging my parents I got my first bass guitar and amp. I would play that thing every day. My influences were the 80’s hair bands out of L.A. and the metal scene consisting of bands like Megadeath and Metallica. Then I was blown away again by the mighty Led Zepplin!!! I’ve played in numerous local VT bands such as…. The Cellar Boyz, Stark Raven Madd, Eclipse, Zoo On The Waterfront, Sandblizzard, and Indecent Exposure. Currently playing with 90 Proof who has a great cast of musicians and friends I have known since my teens and high school. It’s all about keeping the crowd on the dance floor and having fun doing it.

Founder of Indecent Exposer and owner of ABOS Records. I have played in Extreme Caution, Indecent Exposure, Flipside, Shovelhead, Sandblizzard, Old North End, Prism. The artist I have worked with and shared the stage with range from Saving Able, Stone Sour, Theory Of A Dead Man, Halestorm, Kopek, Hinder, Powerman 5000, Skillett, Art Of Dying and Prospect Hill. I started playing rhythm guitar at the age of 12 years old. I am multi- talented with ability to play bass, lead guitar and synth. Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Vermont in 2000. I currently have 3 albums and 1 single with Indecent Exposure available in Apple Music and many other platforms. I manage a YouTube channel for Indecent Exposure which has multiple videos available. I look forward to playing with 90 Proof and kicking some a$$!
