90 Proof is a rock & roll cover band from Northern Vermont blending genre’s of classic rock, 80’s and 90’s, pop and even some country! High energy music that will get you moving! Lead by guitarist Scott Walters and drummer Shannon Bushey, the band features the powerful voice of Alison Porter, ranked one of the best singers and vocalist in Vermont, and backed by Bruce Cheeseman Jr.’s rhythmic bass riffs and outstanding lead guitarist Jim Tye, 90 Proof sells out Vermont’s largest venues. Inspired by rock legends past and present, 90 proof is ranked one of the best cover and tribute bands in the state. I saw 90 Proof first on my birthday May 3rd then a few weeks ago again at On Tap in Essex. They are hands down the best band with the best lead singer in Vermont. I always see where they are playing next as they never disappoint! 5 stars

Definitely a band worth checking out.

Awesome band. I checked them out at the end of my shift as dishwasher at Nellys. They play a pretty solid set from what I got to hear. To name a few few bands they covered scorpions, Judas Priest, eddie Money, journey, Bon Jovi, tragically hip and guns n roses. Very talented band and their singer rocks. She has a fantastic voice. Definitely a band worth checking out.
